Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By using VJStats you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and follow the laws of your country on betting and gambling.

3. What the service is

VJStats offers football statistics, probabilities and calculations. We do not take bets and we are not a bookmaker.

Probabilities and calculations are statistical estimates, not guarantees nor betting advice. Any bet is your own decision and at your own risk.

4. Your account

Give true information, keep your password safe and tell us if someone else uses your account.

5. AI agent subscription

The AI agent is a monthly subscription charged by Stripe on the card you choose, renewed automatically every month.

You can cancel at any time in "My subscription": you keep access until the end of the period already paid and are not charged again.

If a renewal fails, access is suspended until the payment is fixed.

6. Fair use

Do not copy the site content in bulk, overload the service, try to get around limits or security, or use the AI agent for anything other than the statistics of the match you selected.

7. Responsible gambling

Never bet more than you can afford to lose or to recover losses. If betting stops being fun, look for help in your country; you can find links at the bottom of the AI agent page.

8. Liability

The data come from third parties and may contain errors or delays. VJStats is not responsible for losses resulting from decisions based on the information on the site.

9. Applicable law and complaints

These terms follow the consumer protection laws of the country where you live. In Portugal you can also complain in the electronic complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt.

The Duelo VJ has its own rules, published on the page of the game.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
